Workouts are designed to improve accuracy, agility, balance, coordination, endurance, flexibility, power, speed, stamina and strength. Our classes will prepare you for any adventure Tahoe has to offer. Your safety is our number one priority. All classes are led by a professional trainer, begin with a warm-up and end with stretches . All workouts are scaled according to each individual's goals, preferences, and ability level . This is a 1-day introductory course in which you will learn foundational movements, mechanics & methodology of CrossFit. It is designed to get you moving safely, efficiently & effectively. Upon completion of the on-ramp course, you will receive a 1 month 3x per week membership. On-ramp courses are typically scheduled one Saturday per month, 10:45am - 12:00pm.
